First, I conducted a phone interview which seemed to go really well. The girl was pleasant, though seemed inexperienced she revealed that she had less than a year of recruiting experience to me. She told me she wanted to set up an in person interview with her supervisor, and I came on site the following week. At the in-person interview, things seemed a bit out of order. I met with the girl who initially contacted me, who was pleasant again. After that I met with her supervisor. This person did not seem particularly interested in interviewing at the time, as she was very curt and emotionless in her questions and responses. It was very uncomfortable speaking with her and set the tone for the rest of the interview process. After meeting this person, I then met with the senior leader of the organization, who seemed concerned that I had a mix of corporate and agency experience they seem to be seeking strict agency experience. Next I met with a specialist lead who asked me very generic questions and quickly cut the interview short... I left feeling somewhat annoyed, as the process was pretty haphazard. I had to call and e-mail the girl who had initially reached out to me several time before she sent me a very brief e-mail telling me they went with another candidate. Ultimately, I had immediately lost interest in the position after the interview was over. I was also a bit annoyed and surprised that they seemed to view the mix of agency and corporate experience in recruitment as a negative. I then came back for an interview to work for the company and meet with a VP and a partner, again both really nice people and gave me much insight to the company. My 3rd interview was an absolute nightmare. The first woman was extremely curt and emotionless and asked me questions that i felt did not apply to the position i was going for. My last interview was a doozy. As you can see this company is unprofessional and clearly does not care about growing a business with qualified candidates that want to grow with the organization. The only thing they care about is bringing money into the organization and they made that quite clear. To say the least, i was appalled and offended walking out of that room. I would never consider going back there. The only positive is the initial recruiter i met with. She was pleasant and upfront about everything without being rude, curt, or emotionless.
