Grazie all'ordinamento è possibile visualizzare e comprendere rapidamente i dati, organizzare e trovare i dati desiderati e prendere decisioni mirate.
I will soon have a great house in a choice neighborhood for a bargain. If you need help buying in the Tacoma area, you'd be wise to telephone Isaac and Craig at Team Tuttle. Any realtor can open a few doors, what makes Craig and his team different is they patiently and tirelessly work to find the right property for you. Once found, they'll advise you on how to make an offer that closes the deal. Turn Key's relationships, knowledge, professionalism, and excellent communication skills provide the advantage you need in a competitive market. Anyways, TKREI were the realtors for the sellers of the home we were interested in, which also happened to be a short sale..... I can't even describe it, but we were in over our heads....... If anyone knows anything about a short sale it is a long agonizing process and in the end we didn't even get the house. TKREI has been with us every step of the way, they have gone above and beyond. Craig has been a blessing to me and my family. Out of the goodness of his heart he somehow has now become our realtor, with out even asking- he just did. And regardless the time or distance he's consistent and soooo dedicated, and with everything that going on in my family he has really taken care of us. He is really a family man, and just a kind man in general, he sincerely cares... He's in for the long haul, I don't want to jinx anything but we were finally able to purchase our new home thanks to him, he has really gone to bat for us. I could go on and on of the complicated situations and the messes he has had to clean up..... Thank you Turn Key Real Estate, Inc. I definitely recommend Craig Tuttle and the team at Turn Key Real Estate, you get the whole package and more here. We attempted to buy multiple houses with them and multiple times the sales fell through by no fault of TKREI. They stuck with us through all of it. They always did a fantastic job of keeping me informed about the process. I always felt like they were on my side and did everything they could in the interest of my family. We finally were able to purchase a home with their assistance and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone. She was friendly, passionate, helpful and as excited as we were about purchasing our first home. She kept her eye out for issues, and really took us into consideration when showing us homes, and helping us narrow down our picks. She is definitely experienced, and knows what to look out for, and knows how to find a home that's exactly what your looking for. She has your back, and she treats you like family! She was the greatest realtor my husband and I have ever worked with! If you need help finding a home, I recommend you talk to Ronda Haase pronto! Don't even waste time with other realtors! She helped us find our first home, and we couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend for buying or selling your home! Not only have I worked with them, but other members of my family and close friends have too. They all experienced the same, amazing care through and through! Turn Key Real Estate, Inc. Thanks Team Tuttle for making our first time home buying experience a one to remember. Before doing that, I checked with another agent in Tacoma. Craig valued my home 10% higher than the other agent based on his comparable homes. And he was right, my listing was on the MLS on Friday evening and I had 5 offers by Monday evening. Every offer was for the listing price. His office provided great service, the photos of the house were the best, and I was completely satisfied with their attention to detail and communication. I found Ronda Haase when I sold my house a couple years ago, and worked with her again to buy this year. Ronda is very friendly and pleasant to work with, but more importantly she's smart, knows what's she's doing, can be tough but still professional, and is very responsive. I trust her to help me with decisions. I don't plan on moving again soon, but if I ever sell and buy again, I will definitely look for Ronda first. This was my first home purchase and a fixer upper. So after years of working on it from the foundation up then turning it into a rental for several years, it was time to let it go and find its new family. My husband and I interviewed several realtors. We elected to have two of them go with us on our first walk through since putting it into the hands of a property management company. Let's just say after seeing the results of years of renters, that day we knew it would take more time and work than planned before putting it on the market. Both realtors were understanding and offered suggestions, but Craig and his team took it to the next level. When they heard we now lived on the coast, they helped us find resources to take on the projects we could not do. Although we are both skilled at remodels, Turn Key helped line up the nicest handyman you could meet to help with some retrofits and he was reasonably priced! Although the house took a little longer to sell than we'd thought or hoped, Ronda, Craig, and Isaac took all the steps they could to help it along. Great pictures, a good web presence, open houses, and good follow up with buyers' realtors who showed the home. In the end we had several offers and a price we felt was fair. In addition, the team helped ensure the paperwork reflected our interests, was done effectively, and was on time, something our past realtors haven't done. All in all, my husband and I are very happy we chose TKREI and Team Tuttle and would happily recommend them to our friends. He was able to answer my questions and introduce me to experts within the local government to contractors and builders when I considered building. And then when I finally purchased a home, he helped me find subcontractors and suppliers to help with the upgrades. When decision time came, he worked all hours of the day and night, even while on vacation, to make sure I was able to view the property in a timely manner, to prepare comparative sales data for my review, and ultimately prepare a successful offer. Craig's local construction knowledge, forthright approach, and respect of my concerns made it easy for me to work with him in a trusting and professional relationship. Our house sold quickly and Craig and Rhonda were available whenever we called to go look at new homes. They made the buying and selling process easy. I highly recommend them! They helped us to purchase as well as to sell our last beloved home and to purchase our current home. We will always turn to them for our housing needs! They worked with us until we found the perfect home at the best price and represented our best interests in both the selling and the purchasing process. Craig Tuttle personally inspected each and every house that we looked at because he is extremely knowledgeable about the Tacoma area housing market as well as the construction and upkeep necessary to keep a home marketable. He responded quickly and was accommodating in supplying us with good comps as well as the good and bad points of the house and the area in which it was located. The entire team at Turn Key Real Estate was trustworthy, friendly, personable, honest, realistic, knowledgeable, caring, and kind. All with a great sense of humor! Thanks to Turn Key Real Estate! He knows the area, the market and provided insightful support through the whole process. Being a first-time home buyer, I had many questions, concerns and even misconceptions concerning houses, buying and the process in general. Most importantly, TJ communicated through the whole process and never left me hanging wondering what the next steps were. I highly recommend him and if I could I would give more than 5 stars. Suffering from Slow Excel Spreadsheets? Try these 10 tips to SPEED-UP your Excel
※ Download: Why is my excel file so big
Save the workbook afterwards for checking, if the file size is reduced. However, when saved it returns a file size of more than 5MB. When you open or create another workbook an Excel file that can contain one or more worksheets , that opens an internal window within the Excel window.
The cost to our economy is far more than their market share. That way you can make sure that the data cache is shared. That approach works well if you have only two files open--but the more files you add, the more you might cycle through them, going in the wrong direction and then wasting time circling back.
Suffering from Slow Excel Spreadsheets? Try these 10 tips to SPEED-UP your Excel - While I suppose that makes sense on the input tables which one can see , I suppose it's overkill on the tables used strictly for charting? Note which sheet deletion is significant.
The spreadsheet I have created for work currently consists of 9 worksheets and about 200 charts, with each chart having its own tab. I use it to capture and calculate trend data that is then transferred automatically to the charts which, in turn, are linked to a small handful of PowerPoint Presentations and Word files that I use to publish the results. The structure and function of the spreadsheet is as follows: - Eight of the worksheets are used to capture monthly data. Each month, my direct reports and others send me the numbers and I simply plug them into the row for that month. These sheets also have a series of calculation tables that the charts use. Since the historic data in the other eight worksheets goes back from two to three years, and the charts only trend back a year or two, this cell allows me to generate historic data at the flick of a switch. It's a beautiful thing, really. The problem is, the file is now 40MB in size, and takes upwards of 5 MINUTES to load! So what is it? At one point I saved a version that had all the charts removed. While the delay is far from crippling, it is a tad annoying. Was there a better way to have done what I did to avoid this, or is it simply time for me to ask my boss for a new computer? Speaking of computers, I am on a Dell Latitude D620 laptop running an Intel Core 2 at 998 Mhz with 2 GB of RAM. Windows XP Pro Version 2000, SP2, and Excel 2003 SP3. My options for playing with software are limited since this is a work PC. Unless I can get a hardware update, my options are limited to the spreadsheet itself. This happens frequently when cell formatting goes out of control. On each sheet, find the last column with data in it. Then find the last ROW with data in it, select ALL the rows after it and repeat the CLEAR. Do this on all sheets. I have to admit that I am a Format Nazi. While I suppose that makes sense on the input tables which one can see , I suppose it's overkill on the tables used strictly for charting? If that's the case, I'll wipe all by the data formatting colors, gridlines, etc. Do you think that would work? These megabyte expansions usually come from formatting and conditional formatting applying themselves far outside of your actual work area. Just use the CLEAR ALL trick above on the section outside of the data zones on your sheets, see if that solves your issue. I finally figured out the hidden-cell glitch...... Anyway, JB was right! Apparently, some time back a copy-and-paste snafu occurred and it resulted in three or four columns of copied formulas and formats to go ALL THE WAY to the bottom of one of the worksheets Yes, 65,000+ rows of it. I deleted the needless formulae and formatting, and now the file loads in about 10 seconds! Originally Posted by JBeaucaire: This happens frequently when cell formatting goes out of control. My file reduced from 18Mb to 180Kb! I just had a similar problem - a workbook with three sheets, and no complicated lookups, was taking up over 3Mb of space. I finally discovered that the reason the file was so big was that it had a lot of legacy named formulae in it, some of which dated back to 2004..... Deleting these in Name Manager reduced the file size to 128kb. When I was clearing the empty cells on one of the tabs I noticed the computer took a few seconds to complete the task. I deleted the empty rows in this tab and I am now at 435kb!!! Then save your file. The file size will be updated. I just did this today for a 37 MB excel file, and the size decreased to 1.
For each of these types, the approach of reducing the file size is different. The following Microsoft article explains this in more detail. Also mark the thread as Solved to finish it off. That way you can make sure that the data cache is shared. The original file had four tabs loaded with VLOOKUP formulas about 200 rows on each tab with about 20 columns of each row containing formulas. Here is some code to delete all shapes in your workbook. Another way to see is to make a copy of your. Then find the last ROW with data in it, select ALL the rows after it and repeat the CLEAR. Just use the CLEAR ALL trick above on the section outside of the data zones on your sheets, see if that solves your issue.

Hopefully this will clear up some of that confusion as be covering the Honeywell FocusPro 5000 thermostat installation today. Remember that it comes with a 5 minute compressor delay. Remove all the connections and remove the thermostat.
Easy, hold down the fan button and the up arrow at the same time until the screen changes. Please read my reviews on the best smart thermostats in that case.
Honeywell FocusPRO 5000 User Manual - First, the lower button on the bottom left section is the fan feature that toggles between two options; the fan AUTO and fan ON options.
The Honeywell Focus 5000 Non-Programmable Thermostat is an easy-to-use thermostat for everyone including the elderly. If you love programmable thermostats or those that you can control remotely, then this is not the right thermostat for you. Please read my reviews on the best smart thermostats in that case. Otherwise, if you love a thermostat that does its basic functions well, costs less, and is perfect for your elderly parents then read on. Of the buttons below the screen, one is for setting the heat on or off, while the other is for fan auto or off. The buttons on the side of the screen are used to reduce or increase the temperature. How do I install the Honeywell Focus 5000 Non-Programmable Thermostat? If not, read this article about. Here, you will find a complete guide on how to go about the entire process. This thermostat works with both the 750mV heating, 24 Vac conventional, and the heat pump system. You can learn more about the How does the Honeywell Focus 5000 Non-Programmable Thermostat function? To improve your understanding, I will show you the basic operations of this thermostat. First, the lower button on the bottom left section is the fan feature that toggles between two options; the fan AUTO and fan ON options. The fan ON setting instantly turns on the fan while the AUTO option will turn on the fan when the system thinks it is appropriate depending on the current temperature. The next feature is the system selection feature, which is next to the fan feature. Keep in mind that, if you push the button once from the off position, the first setting will be the cool. If you press it again, you will go to heat. On the third push, you will go to the emergency heat section if your system has it. Lastly, the next push will take you to the auto feature of your Honeywell Focus 5000 Non-Programmable Thermostat. The auto feature is basically where the system will determine whether you need heat ON or cool ON. The two buttons on the right-hand side are used to adjust the temperature. Finally, on the display, there are two temperature readings. The one of the left section is the current temperature of the room while that on the right is the temperature that you have just selected. After a while, the left reading should be similar to the right setting. Who should use this thermostat? Although the readings are not as large as I expected it would be, I still recommend the focus 5000 pro thermometer for the older person. It is available for 1 Heat and 1 Cool conventional and heat pump and also for the 3 heat and 1 cool conventional and heat pump systems. FocusPro 5000 Installation Manual If you want to install the FocusPro 5000 on your own, or if you are a pro who is dealing with this kind of thermostat for the first time, you will need the installation manual with its wiring diagrams. The non programmable thermostat has a wide range of wiring options since its connection will vary depending on whether you are running conventional systems or a heat pump system. The FocusPro 5000 installation manual below contains the wiring diagram and guidelines you needed to hook up your new thermostat, install the backup power batteries and hook up the C-Wire.
You can power it using batteries or it will take the power required direct from the system you already have installed. The one thing all my research on thermostats has taught me is that you can spend an awful lot of time looking through products that appear to have so many features they can almost make a cup of coffee for you.
